MEET THE CHARACTERS
Kyle Christensen
When Kyle moves to Elmcrest, things start to change in town, but not for the better. Mysterious things – foreshadowed in The Book of Darkness – continue to come true. Water runs blood red, clocks stop working, and earthquakes are felt. Kyle must put his angst aside and team up with The Defenders to save the town and become the one the Book of Darkness speaks of – Kid Combat.
Sam Jameson
Samantha “Sam” Jameson. Sam leads a group of misfit kids named The Defenders. Sam believes in what the kids stand for – saving their town at any cost. She is smart, stubborn, and has a good heart.
Gears
Connor Jackson – code name “Gears“. Gears is Sam’s right hand man. He is a computer genius and can hack any system. He believes in Sam and The Defenders but is a bit concerned they have bit off more than they can chew with Jones. Gears is waiting for something to show him what they are fighting for is right.
Artie Jones
Retired tech billionaire. Moved to Elmcrest under suspicious terms. He hides away in his mansion all day every day and no one knows what he is up to. The Defenders, and their mentor – The Professor – believe he is up to no good.
